Shipping
All orders are processed as quickly as possible with the goal of getting them shipped out the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after their time zone cut off time will be shipped the next business day. See the cut off times for your time zone below.

Shipping options are displayed during check out. Customers who qualify for free ground shipping will automatically be given free shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Next Day and Second Day shipping are available for your convenience at the best price available.
Canceling or Making Changes to Orders
As long as Your order or merchandise from Cartridge Connection has not yet entered the shipping process, You can change the details via telephone. Cartridge Connection will not provide reimbursement for shipping and handling charges once the order has entered the shipping process.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Your purchase is guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase. Please fill out the form linked at the bottom of the page for all requests.
More on refunds
Refunds can be requested for any reason at all within 30 days, even if the product has never been opened. Restocking fees apply in this situation. More information on restocking fees and which circumstances they apply to can be found on our Terms and Conditions page. Customers can ship their return on their own or request a paid label. Once Cartridge Connection receives the product, a refund will be processed back to the customers payment method on file.
Refunds can be requested for defective products for up to 6 months. After 6 months, a replacement will be provided for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
More on replacements
Defects or cartridges that are not working as intended will be replaced at no cost to the customer. *There are some circumstances in which this warranty does not apply. For example, the purchase of OEM products would fall under the original manufacturer's warranty. For more details, visit the Terms page.
If the defective cartridge needs to be returned, a shipping label will be emailed to the customer so they can return their defective product without incurring shipping charges.
In most cases, customers don't need to return a defective cartridge. We will simply ask for photos of the product and it's bar codes.
